Capturing Nawaid's heartwarming proposal to Nadia amidst the picturesque beauty of San Francisco's Lands End was an exhilarating challenge. With just a week's notice, Nawaid entrusted me with the task of immortalizing this precious moment through both photography and videography. Despite the unexpected disappearance of the labyrinth and a slight delay in the proposal due to a longer-than-remembered hike, the resulting photos and videos were nothing short of stunning. To ensure every detail was perfect, I passed-off a lav mic to Nawaid's through his hotel desk attendent before they arrived, securing pristine audio of the heartfelt moment. Anticipating the couple's arrival, I hiked ahead to position myself. Although the late start meant sacrificing some daylight, we reconvened the following day to capture additional footage and images, ensuring Nawaid and Nadia's engagement was preserved in all its splendor.
Quince
Capturing Aleah's beautiful quinceañera at a stunning ranch was an incredible experience. I had the opportunity to meet with Aleah and her mom, Brenda, ahead of time to discuss their vision for the highlight video and feature film. Their excitement and clarity helped me plan the shots and moments to focus on. The day unfolded with vibrant energy, and I was able to capture the essence of Aleah's special day, from the heartfelt speeches to the lively dancing. With stunning scenery and meaningful moments, both the highlight video and feature film beautifully reflect Aleah’s quince in all its glory.
Wedding
Capturing Bryan and Carissa's wedding was such a special experience, made even more memorable by their unique love story. The couple, who met at a Taco Bell drive-through when Carissa slipped her number into Bryan’s bag, radiated genuine joy throughout their big day. I had the privilege of creating both a highlight video and a full ceremony film, capturing the magic of their vows and the heartfelt moments shared with family and friends. From the emotional exchange of vows to the lively celebration, every moment felt like a beautiful chapter in their unforgettable love story.
